Quality control

1.) Rockwell. Vick hardness machine
Cross-check of values by computer and traditional hardness tester and do CPK control, to ensure the quality of delivery.

2.) Metallurgical processor
Random test piece from heat treatment, observe organization/structure of finished product so to ensure product quality.

3.) Equipment of heat treatment
Switzerland vacuum furnace. Furnace. Cryogenic processor
