Transmission Oil Pump Vane
Product Introduction
Transmission oil pump vanes
As the heart of the transmission vane pump, the vane is responsible for the critical pumping action. It must maintain precise movement under high pressure to ensure consistent oil flow.
Mountop focuses on producing high-precision vanes compliant with GA8HP specifications. Designed for the rigorous start-stop cycles of MHEV systems, our vanes feature superior durability and precision, guaranteeing optimal efficiency for oil pumps in eco-friendly driving modes.

Structure & Operating Features
- Vane-type design:
Consists of a drive shaft, rotor, vanes, stator, and pump housing.
- Operating principle:
As the rotor rotates, vanes extend outward by centrifugal force, forming sealed chambers with the rotor, stator, and side plates. The changing chamber volume enables oil suction and discharge.
- Integrated application:
For higher efficiency, some designs integrate vane pumps with gear pumps.
